CAIRN TRAVELS TRIP PLANNING PROCESS
Step 1: I will send you a short questionnaire or schedule a call to understand your travel style, preferences, and special requests more thoroughly.
Step 2: Using the information you provided, a trip planning agreement will be signed and I will begin designing your bespoke itinerary, recommending the best accommodations, daily activities, tours, and more. Throughout our trip planning journey, I will be pointing you in the right direction and offering insight to the secrets of your travel destination in order to create the perfect vacation just for you.
Step 3: Once we have agreed upon the itinerary, Cairn Travels will take care of all travel reservations, and you will be notified on cancellation policies, when deposits are due, etc.

*Planning fee will be charged at time of signing the planning agreement.
*Additional days and guests, as well as trips departing within 21 days of request are subject to a potential fee
