Your travel itinerary will be custom-made to include vacation activities, private guides & tours, spa & local recommendations.
Perhaps you need assistance with only certain aspects of your trip planning, in which case, concierge services are available on a case by case basis.
CAIRN TRAVELS TRIP PLANNING PROCESS
Step 1: I will need to understand your travel style, preferences, and special requests more thoroughly through email correspondence or scheduled phone conversation.
Step 2: Using the specifications provided by you, Cairn Travels terms & conditions will be signed and the agreed itinerary research fee paid. I will begin designing your bespoke itinerary, recommending the best accommodations, flight/train/car routes and hotels.
Step 3: Once we have agreed upon the itinerary, a non-refundable deposit, which will include reservation deposits and Cairn Travels commissions for booking and planning, will be made. A schedule of future payments will be agreed to at that time.
