Scotland vacation

Cairn Travels invites you to experience the lowlands and highlands of Scotland as wells as the rugged, breathtaking and raw scenery of the Isle of Skye.

Day 1: The journey begins in Scotland’s beautiful capital, Edinburgh, dominated by its thousand year old castle which sits upon a towering crag. A private driver will meet and transfer you from the airport to the five star boutique hotel just twenty minutes from the airport and a ten minute walk to central Edinburgh. The hotel has a restaurant serving food available all day, offering a spin on classic Scottish dishes alongside timeless favorites. The vintage whisky cabinet is a connoisseur’s dream of rare and vintage single malts and blends; while the selection of artisan gins means you could stay for a week and never have the same G&T twice.

Day 2: Enjoy a leisure breakfast at the hotel this morning. This afternoon, a private driver will be your host on an all inclusive four hour tour of the city. Visit Calton Hill, Arthurs seat, old & new town Edinburgh, walk the Royal Mile and eat a Scottish meal with a twist.

Return to the hotel for dinner this evening.

Day 3: Today, your tour includes a visit to St. Andrews, the beautiful Scottish town on the coast of Fife today. Considered to be the home of golf, St Andrews is home to one of the oldest golf championships in the world.
